I went to Nicole due to knowing her great work 14 years ago. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and well, hair was no more. it was my crowning glory and losing it just broke me. the regrowth was like I had aged 25 years. I contacted Nicole desperate for help. she did not disappoint. I've had synthetic curl crochet and now the real hair crochet. Words cannot express how it made me feel. Her empathy, expertise and talent astonishes me every time. She is a perfectionist and will not let you leave until everything is perfect.bit doesn't stop there though. Her aftercare is second to none and I know I could call her at anytime for advice or worried and she is there, always. my only criticism is that she is so dam good at what she does that if I don't book in advance then I could be waiting a while to see her. even then, she has had many a late night fitting me in I am a different person today. confident, content and feel that my diagnosis has not stopped me living. I cannot praise Nicole's work enough.

I would highly recommend Nicole, I have had curly crochet technique done before, Nicole is the 4th person I have tried and she will without a doubt be the last. I have no need to look any further. I was given every bit of information needed before my first appointment, on what products I would need and how to treat my natrual hair before fitting. Fitting was an enjoyable experience with chatting and laughing throughout, and always asked how I was feeling and if I needed a break or a refreshment. I received all aftercare needs, help at the end of the phone always, even while Nicole was on holiday. I have just had my four week top up, yet again such an enjoyable experience. I have booked in for a removal plus a refit for new hair. but most of all I got the hair I have always wanted and don't think I could ever live without it now. Thank you so much Nicole u made me feel at ease and a million dollars
